I am a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach. I am passionate about integrating mindfulness into daily life activities as I believe that embodying our practice is essential to our growth and happiness. I find patience and humour to be of great benefit when learning to observe the habits and tendencies of the heart/mind. I believe that we, as humans, are nature, that what we experience in our bodies and in our hearts and minds is the unfolding of nature. I see the practice as a support for opening to our own true nature and living a more authentic life.

I have practiced extensively in both the Insight Meditation tradition and the Vajrayana tradition. I also study and practice mysticism with Thomas Hubl. I find the interweaving of these approaches to be complementary of a deeply compassionate and discerning practice.

I hold a Masters degree in Somatic Psychology and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

I love discussing the practice and meditating with others.
